GrafLens Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the GrafLens iOS application ("GrafLens"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

GrafLens is licensed to you by WhiteMatterTech under the terms of the MIT License. The full license text and source code are available at https://github.com/whitematter-tech/graflens.

No Warranty

GrafLens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WhiteMatterTech does not warrant that GrafLens will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use GrafLens at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

GrafLens connects to third-party Grafana instances of your choice. WhiteMatterTech is not responsible for the availability, content, or behavior of any third-party Grafana instance. Your use of any Grafana instance is governed by that instance operator's terms and privacy practices.

Tip Jar

GrafLens includes an optional in-app tip jar processed via Apple's StoreKit. Tips are voluntary, non-refundable (subject to Apple's refund policy), and do not unlock any additional features. They exist solely to support continued development.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteMatterTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GrafLens.

Changes to These Terms

WhiteMatterTech may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GrafLens after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
