Terms of Use for Sola Coffea

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sola Coffea iOS application ("the app") provided by WhiteMatterTech ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Sola Coffea is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track, log, and share coffee experiences. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of the coffee data, brew logs, photos, and reviews you create in Sola Coffea. By sharing content to the public feed or Coffee Circles, you grant WhiteMatterTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and associated services.

You are responsible for the content you share. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions

Sola Coffea offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly, annual, and lifetime) and a business tier for shops and roasters. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription prices and features are described within the app and are subject to change with notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Business Accounts

Coffee shops and roasters may claim a verified listing and access business features through a business tier subscription. By claiming a shop, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that business. We reserve the right to revoke verified status if the claim is found to be fraudulent or if the account violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sola Coffea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WhiteMatterTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or App Store release notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
